Lutradur is an exciting and versatile textile for artists and designers, made up of polyester fibres fused together in a random, web-like fashion. Lutradur therefore looks very different from conventional material, yet is deceptively strong and will not tear or fray. Lutradur is available in five different weights ranging from the lightest most translucent 30gms through to the heaviest Lutradur XL. Lutradur can be painted, printed, dyed, sewn, shaped, layered, laminated and even moulded. It can also be distressed with either a heat gun or soldering iron.
