Bright, bold, breezy and colourful Lutradur bunting to help lift our spirits. Both of these lines of rainbow bunting were made from one A4 pack of White Lutradur 70gsm, containing 10 x A4 sheets. We began by cutting two triangular flags per sheet, which we then coloured using heat transfer paint. The flags were then evenly spaced and machine stitched in position, along two x 3 metre lengths of 20mm wide Grosgrain Ribbon. Here’s hoping everyone remembers to keep safe so we can all enjoy some extra freedom from 4th July . . . .
Here are a selection of items we’ve made over the past few years to celebrate Valentines Day . . . and this year, being a Leap Year, tradition says that THE LADIES can pop THE question! If you would like further details on any of the projects featured below, please do not hesitate to contact us.
It’s The BIG DAY this Saturday and everyone can join in with the celebrations. Here at Spunart we’re putting the flags out with some eye-catching bunting made from Evolon. As Evolon is white, we only had to colour the blue and red triangles, before sewing them on to a string of blue ribbon. As Evolon does not fray, the individual pieces keep their neat and tidy appearance, with no loose threads to worry about or spoil the effect. We hope Harry and Meghan enjoy their wedding day and wish them every future happiness.

Once painted, the Lutradur can be left to dry naturally or the process can be speeded up by using a hairdryer So, if you have a occasion to […]
Lutradur Love letters . . . straight to your Valentine’s heart Lutradur bunting is really quick and easy to make as it does not tear or fray. Simply decide on your message, maybe you’d like to include your partner’s name, or even pop The Question?! Cut the required number of flags from a piece of Lutradur 100gms, then paint with acrylic paint and leave to dry.
